Infectious Disease Services of Georgia (IDSGA) is now offering patients easy and private access to their medical information online. You can view your personal health record whenever and wherever you have access to the Internet. Access to your Personal Health Record allows you to see information about: future appointments, immunization records, appointment summaries and lab test results.
Our Patient Portal facilitates communication with our office office by providing convenient 24 x 7 access from the comfort and privacy of your own home or office.
Thorugh our secure patient portal, you are able to:
- request an appointment,
- complete patient forms (personal information, medical history, and social history)
- request a prescription refill,
- access your medical history,
- access your lab reports,
- send a secure message to our office.
