Wound Care
IDSGA provides access to certified Wound/Ostomy/Continence Nurses who use state-of-the-art techniques to treat patients with wounds that are slow to heal or not healing properly. We are committed to providing consistent wound management along with antibiotic infusion if indicated to progress the patient to wound closure.
We consider wound care to be an integral part of what we do at IDSGA. It is frequently NOT possible to cure infection without a properly handled wound. Everyone's genetic code is a great first start. Providing the right environment as well as the control of infection is the next step to mending difficult wounds.
